If you feel you have a problem with gambling and would like to request that Willen Hospice excludes you from all of its gambling related activities, including receiving gambling related marketing materials, you can simply complete and submit the form below.

  • Your chosen self-exclusion period will remain in force with Willen Hospice, for a minimum of year(s).
  • Willen Hospice will not send you any gambling related marketing materials, unless and until you specifically request us to do so.

Please ring the Willen Hospice Lottery helpline on 01908 303065, if you wish to extend your chosen self-exclusion period (minimum 6 months extension).

On average each year we give Willen Hospice around £160,000. In 2023/2024 you can feel good knowing that 37% of every £1 goes directly towards providing patient care.  The remaining 63% goes towards direct and indirect running costs, including the prizes. In 2023/2024 we gave out over £94,000 in prizes across our weekly lottery, grand draws and scratch cards. We consistently review our costs to keep them as low as possible.
